Shipping policy

Lucky Eye Ink is not liable for lost, missing, or stolen packages, it is the customers responsibility to make sure the address given is accessible and safe for delivery. Any lost, missing, or stolen packages must be taken up with the shipping provider, no refunds will be issued for lost, missing, or stolen packages from Lucky Eye Ink. 

If a wrong address is submitted it must be changed before products are shipped. Once shipped Lucky Eye Ink is not responsible for where the packages go. No returns or refunds will be made if the customer submits the wrong address and the products have already shipped.
